At the Holliday-Jones Family Foundation, we believe in the power of people and the strength of community. Our organization was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to close the gaps in access, opportunity, and education for those who have historically been overlooked.

Clayton J. Jones
VICE PRESIDENT
Clayton J. Jones, Vice President, born and raised in Belle Glade, Florida, is of Bahamian descent and the sixth of seven children. With over 17 years in law enforcement across Florida and Georgia. He transitioned to social work, serving six years as a Behavioral Health Professional at the Palm Beach School District, to strengthen community relationships and support underserved families. He is self-motivated and dedicated to helping others replace negative behaviors with positive actions.

Chantay Pennie
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Chantay Pennie, Senior Vice President, is known for a rare and genuine goodness that radiates through every interaction. She leads with compassion, listening without judgment and fostering an environment where people feel safe, valued, and understood. Her quiet strength, coupled with a warm and approachable presence, inspires trust and builds meaningful connections. Committed to uplifting those around her, Chantay’s leadership style reflects her deep care for others and her unwavering belief in creating spaces where everyone feels seen and supported.
Elouise Jones
PRESIDENT/DIRECTOR
Elouise Jones is the President and Director of the Holliday-Jones Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through essential support services and financial literacy. With a passion for fostering opportunity and resilience, Elouise leads initiatives that provide resources to underserved individuals and families. Her leadership blends compassion with strategic vision, ensuring the foundation’s programs create lasting, meaningful impact.

Joycelyn Desir
TREASURER
Joycelyn Desir, raised in Miami Gardens, Florida, brings deep community values to her role as Treasurer of the Holliday-Jones Family Foundation. She champions unity, compassion, and connection across generations while safeguarding financial integrity and promoting sustainable growth. By fostering transparency and building strong relationships with local partners and emerging leaders, Joycelyn works to ensure the foundation remains a lasting force for change—rooted in legacy and shared progress.

Mattie Garvin
SECRETARY
I'm Mattie Garvin and as Secretary of the Holliday-Jones Family Foundation, I help ensure seamless operations and clear communication across all levels of our team. I maintain accurate records, organize board meetings, and support strategic initiatives that advance our mission to uplift communities and create lasting social impact. With a strong commitment to detail and a passion for service, I keep our activities aligned, documented, and moving forward with purpose.

Courtnee Williams-Jones
FUNDRAISING/ COMMITEE CHAIR
Courtnee Williams-Jones is a wife, mother, and nursing professional with over 10 years of experience in bedside care and management. Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, she is dedicated to improving lives, advocating for the community, and providing resources to those in need. As Fundraising and Program Committee Chair for the Holliday-Jones Family Foundation, she strives to make a meaningful impact. Her personal quote: “You may not remember my name, but you will always remember how I made you feel through quality service.”

Ransford Jones
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Ransford R. Jones serves as the Marketing and Communications Committee Chair. Born in Pahokee and raised in Belle Glade, FL, he is a proud husband to Courtnee Jones and devoted father to Malia, Rhylee, and Zachary. A graduate of Palm Beach County Schools and attendee of Erie Community College, Ransford is active in his faith through the Deacon and Brotherhood Ministries at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. He worked with the Royal Palm Beach Sports Field Crew for 10 years and currently serves at the South Florida Water Management District. A passionate family man and sports enthusiast, he enjoys charity work and strives to make a positive difference in others’ lives.

Aretha Hire-Miller
BOARD MEMBER
Arletha Hire-Miller, a Board Member of Holliday-Jones Family Foundation, is a proud Miami Central Senior High graduate, where she shined as a majorette and clarinet player. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and works in government, and is known for her approachable nature and commitment to service.
